We offer three main support plans – Basic, Standard, and Premium. Each plan is designed to meet different levels of IT support needs. The Basic plan is ideal for small businesses with basic IT needs, the Standard plan is suited for businesses requiring more advanced support, and the Premium plan offers comprehensive support for businesses with critical IT needs.

Remote assistance allows us to securely access your systems over the internet to troubleshoot and resolve issues. This enables us to provide hands-on support without the need for an on-site visit, saving you time and minimizing disruptions.

If you exceed your monthly support hours, additional support will be billed at a predefined hourly rate. We will always inform you in advance if you are approaching your limit to avoid any surprises.

TechSavyPro is a US-based company and is available for support between 8am - 8pm ET on weekdays. Weekend support is available by scheduling in advance with our team.

Currently, we offer support to businesses in the US and Canada. We plan to add more international support in the future.
